Had to be before early 2013.Actually I had to just edit this - I assumed it was before I started playing because I have not seen it since I started. However, as of the day I posted this topic, it has not even appeared yet ! Per the Simpsons Tapped Out Wiki that I just viewed 9/4/2015, they say "The Polo Field House is a premium limited time building that will be released on September 15, 2015, during the Springfield Heights Expansion. It will be only available for 7 days."With that heads up in mind, don't miss out ! (I hope it's a freemium )petehd14 you've nailed the mystery before it even had a chance to be offered !

It hasn't been released yet, once Springfield heights updates resume after the monorail event is over, it should be made available.

Since the topic brings up Springfield Heights, one thing that really annoys me is that I prefer several buildings there to NOT be fully upgraded, or to have a given building in both an upgraded and non-upgraded version. What I don't like are the hammers hovering over the lower level versions constantly alerting me to upgrade.
