Mystery gifts available now

I just want to get Sophie, but I don't want the other two possible items in that box (slide factory and North Pole station). So I'm wrestling with buying the mystery box outright. Not much to buy to get vouchers since I already have most of the options. I did get Lucille and the Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers building. Might get the Duff Arena. Besides that, not much else I want. What to do, what to do...time to make the donuts, lol.
