If you have the option to request a call back or chat option this is sometimes the best way over email. You may have to wait for normal business hours though.

Are you sure it didn't just pop into your inventory? Normally you don't have to press anything to get those, they just show up.

Try going to KL or your neighbourhood and back, that sometimes unsticks things. Then check your inventory.

KL Means Krusty Land. Have you started it yet? You need to build the shuttle first. What level are you on?
