Need help understanding something

Updates period or just tapped out?

I know on my tablet the automatic updates aren't always so automatic. It often requires me to reboot the device and sometimes even having to sync it before it adds new content. I don't think the server automatically checks for you, you have to trick the device into checking the server for something new.

Just tapped out. Yesterday I was swearing up and down because I didn't get the update but it was because the game didn't update. After the in store update when I login, I get the REAL update but not anymore.

Oh, I had to go to the play store and do it manually. I turned off my automatic app notifications. I hate when our updated random stuff I don't, even use and takes up my space for junk. USED to id open the game and it would prompt me to update. Now I have to go to play store.
It may be your settings. I have android, Samsung Note 5..

Sometimes I have to go to the playstore too, doesnt auto update.
I also use a samsung tablet :)
