I believe its the Lodge and their Feast Table, as I purchased both and all skins appear to earn Premium. I'm not sure if that's the case without them...
(I mean, if you purchase skins for Premium characters like Jasper or Disco Stu; they should earn Premium because of the Premium characters they are attached to.)
