I don't have them unlocked yet...Homer has had so many tasks as part of the main questline, Santa Homer questline, and tunnel questlines that he's only on his 16 hour plant shift (Part 7) for me currently. The feds are helpful though in building up presents, so I'll be using them as much as I can once I get them! This certainly appears to be an event in which it will be easier to accumulate presents as the event progresses.
That's where I am currently too.
I'm thinking this will be a lot like the THOH event once everyone gets the feds, in that I won't have to worry so much about keeping buildings untapped for neighbors.
