Neighbours with lots of seeds saved
If you knew you might need to be relatively inactive in the other parts you might save seeds to optimise currency collection in those phases.

When I got my 50 seeds as a prize, I went and spent half of them and saved the other half so i can return the favor when people drop seeds in my town. If you go dropping people for having too many seeds, then maybe you should re-evaluate what it means to be a good neighbor. :mrgreen:
