Well basically all the children were given a chance to go on a submarine trip if they behaved, Bart tried.. but failed...
Then Bart and homer wanted to get revenge on skinner by faking her mothers death.
Meanwhile, krusty is goin bankrupt and decides to air his show in different countries.
But as mentioned I suggest you download it from somewhere, can't be that expensive I guess.
It was a fun episode! :-)
And yeah the obstacle truck didn't have anything to do with the story really. It just crashed and dropped obstacles while Bart was trying to not be late for school :wink:
