New Features I Noticed
Not really a feature I guess, but I've noticed that the radar dish on channel 8 moves constantly when no task is in progress and freezes when there is one. So they've reversed that for some reason.

Would it be possible to make this thread title leave out the "two" before "New Features" ... And then update the first post as more stuff rolls in?
Little gems are getting lost in random posts in the middle of other threads.
Like, on the census list thingies, if someone is over in Krustyland, they show in yellow on the census.
And clicking on the stars showing your conformity rating now shows you your multiplier.
And hooded guys come to your town one per hour, but max six at any one time (heard that. Not confirmed by me.)
And clicking on the Stonecutters Lodge gives 5 emblems while all the other buildings give one. (At least that's what I happened to notice)
And I KNOW there are more things in all these threads, but some are not related to the thread names, etc.
If the first post in this thread could compile the new stuff and maybe the thread title were in eye-catching all-caps, then folks would see what features there are.
The other threads could discuss all the details about these features, but this one could perhaps centralize what they ARE.
