Yep, always been that way on my kindle, which is basically an Android system. Never been able to paste my email, but it tends to remember me.

(It's a little amusing, though, to see so many inquiries about stuff like managing the friend list and such annoyances that I've been dealing with since I started playing. Now you all know our pain! :twisted: )
