Yes, I can close and open to the same town without logging back in. But change to a feeder town and you have to type it all in.
I have the game on Android and ios, and I could always paste the email addresses in both. I don't play on Android any more, since my game was hacked and I suspect it was due to... log in issues.
Maybe I'll just play one of my towns a day... or not. Checked the login this AM and decided not to play.
