Honestly if Springfield U and the 3 nerds, 3D Homer, and the rumored expandable outlet mall are included, or any of those 3, I'll be happy. I hope September finally brings Mt. Swartzwelder Historic Cider Mill. It's my most wanted building!

I get the impression that we'll have a future SF just like we had the Wild West. All goes into the current SF.
