For the town that didn't get the quest, did you try sending them on the task anyway, just to see if you get the reward? I'd try it, but Ned's busy basting...

Yep, that triggered the prompt. Lisa has to be free, though, to trigger, and Ned has to be free for the task as well.

What is the reward for completing the quest? Is it a prize or is it just the regular $100 & extra XP?

regular. but if you don't have the outdoor feast table you get one
