Hi Muhs, think that the biggest issue getting a town rolled back comes from area's where telephone/call back support isn't available and the only method of getting support is via email as when you can actually speak to someone it's much easier to explain than via a message.- MuhsterinoRetired Hero

I have been helping players in the bugs and issues section for quite a long time with this bug, some players who actually ask specifically for a rollback are denied or some are told just to post the issue on the forum. Very annoying to be forcibly zoomed in, especially on a small screen.

I assumed this was a device issue and not a game issue, so a rollback wouldn't help. I am happy that it is fixed for me because it did make my game much more difficult to play. It also seems much faster than it was when it was zoomed in."0Brooders0;c-1884866" wrote:

What's the difference between hd and fhd and wqhd please?
I have no idea but it was zoomed in when I was on fhd and normal on hd. Since it is working and requires a complete download when it is changed, I am not going to see what wqhd is.
