New update issues
Same thing happened to me last night, the game kept crashing. I waited for a while, now the donut just spins and it says synchronizing. Very frustrating.

Hey neighbor! Yeah, I've been having a lot of crashing issues and being locked out on and off. I'm hoping they fix it but it probably won't get fixed until after this event. This one has been particularly problematic, more than I expected. You would think that after so many issues with big events that they would have this kind of thing figured out by now. But it is a free game so you get what you get.
