It triggered in my B-Town without them being free. But, of course, the tasks require them free.

This change of not needing characters to be free to trigger tasks has now been in the game for months and it is a major change for moving through the lower levels for new players.

Also still missing my Level 57 Buildings and Need 500k xp for Level 58 although i Already was there before i get leveled down...
