Looking at other sites there is a Sgt. Skinner + tank bundle. My guess is that those of us that have Sgt. Skinner see two tanks because the bundle removed Sgt. Skinner instead of hiding it.

Not sure, I also have Sgt Skinner and I've got the tank at the start and the end of the event items if it makes any difference I'm on Android.
