No, mini events only have one set of prizes lasting over 2 weeks so you have until the 29th to buy any of the premiums in store and get Jiff and Skippy or if you're still working on getting the prizes after the event ended you can probably still have a chance to get them since mini and multi events allow you to get the current prize you're working on after the event ended.
There is also a larger requirement to get the Ultranet and Jiff and Skippy since they require 250 and 400 of the currency so you might go a few days without getting a prize.
