Maybe Helen Lovejoy. as the first character during xmas event. She can come back complaining about how Xmas has got to commercial or whatever and it should be about Jesus.

My guess would be Judge Snyder (with courthouse) and either the Blue-Haired Lawyer or Lionel Hutz as a stand-alone premium character (if it is BHL rather than Hutz, my guess is we'll never get to see either Hutz or Troy McClure - or Lyle Lanley, for that matter). I wouldn't completely rule our Judge Constance Harm and her houseboat as the premium item, either, but two judges and no lawyer seems somewhat off (possibly it's Snyder and Hutz this time and Harm and BHL for a future update?).

As much as I'd appeciate anything court-related (even though that might remind me of my day job), my number 1 wish would be someone else...

Yes it is. But this is a game, so technically they can release it as a standalone building. There's a lot of buildings we got that aren't located in Springfield & we still got them. The Sunsphere being one of them

But unlike the Volcano Lair or the Sunsphere, they'd have to design a stand-alone ICBIALF from scratch, so I doubt it is going to happen.
