No car park anymore

Assuming you mean the Parking Lot, it's still available for me under 'Decorations'.

It was not showing up for me in the decorations list. I exited the game and closed it down on my iPad, and it now shows up again. Who knows what tha was about but it's all good now. Thanks guys.
