No Easter Event.
So.... I'm guessing there's no Easter Event this year. Is this the slow decline of TSTO?

350. Out of 9,000 employees. Just a bit under 4% of the workforce. Here's the statement from the ea CEO. Scaling back presence in Japan and Russia, along with some layoffs in marketing and operations. Their focus now is turning to "increasing quality in games and services". IMHO, the cutbacks are not going to be adversely affecting TSTO. (looks like the effect will be a positive one, to me... "increasing quality in services" might mean they're going to hire another customer service rep or two.). :) ;)
As long as they keep hiring the same quality customer service reps who know nothing and do nothing, what difference will it make
