That statement sounds like a recommitment to addressing long standing problems. Large companies do this occasionally, and sometimes things actually improve.

I made a comment a moment ago, that i suspect they're doing a Saturday morning partial outage, right now. Hopefully we will notice a major improvement by Monday, if not sooner. It's just a hunch based on my experience working with US West coast data centers. I'm hoping for the best.
