No more Nightmares?

So, what's the use of telling a story if no nightmares are going to spawn?

This needs more bumps! I was sooo confused this morning! I thought maybe my boyfriend collected all my nightmares before I woke up, but then no more were spawning so...

Why aren't the spawning anymore? That's just stupid.

Yeah, have the same issue. It seems that the "bank" (the 40 it keeps in storage when there are 20 in your Springfield) no longer works...

I hope this is all temporary, but rather a crude way to start Act 3 if this was all intentional.
