Don't send them to the same Brown House. You don't want to collect them all at the same time.

I finally managed to get all 4 nightmares from the Gate to Nowhere. What I did was move it to an empty area with nothing else around when the timer was up. Then I tapped each group really fast before they had a chance to spread out. This was the first time since Act3 started that I got bunnies from the Gate to Nowhere.
