Don't send them to the same Brown House. You don't want to collect them all at the same time.

Maybe it's the first Brown House you purchased at the start of the game.
Like how the Krusty/Kwik-E-Mart skins could only be applied to your primary/first item.
Either way, I know where they coming out, so I'm not going to mess with it ;)
Having said that, those people who are not receiving Nightmares from the houses, I wonder if they have the primary Brown House stored.
