Don't send them to the same Brown House. You don't want to collect them all at the same time.

- Identify the Brown House that the items come out of and have it clear of other items.
I split my characters over 5 houses, clear 1 house & collect, store kids back in, repeat.
As we need fighters for the campfire, I have a house just for those 4.
If you have premium characters which produce 4 rather than 2, you might want to split them off, so you don't release too much too quick with other characters.
Time consuming to collect, but that is only once every 4 hours.
If you have the land space, you can keep the IRS out, just move the houses away from each other. As the Brown House regenerates every 3 mins, you can test the locations by collecting from the house as you move them to outside the IRS collection ring.
