Northward Land Expansion
What do you do with the Northward Bound Land? Do you keep it as a forest or do you use it for other stuff?

Being the most expensive real estate in town, I “bulldozed” the entire wilderness and put Capital City at the upper most corner. Between the City and Springfield Heights Gorge are the upscale suburbs of Heavenly Hills and Cypress Creek. The Cliffs of Mt Useful overlook these suburbs, the Cypress Lake Lighthouse, and the Retirement Golf Club
Doing this allowed me to create a much larger desert area on the opposite side of the map, for my Casino Row, Flaming Guy Festival, and secret military base. I was thinking designs with fewer trees and shrubs would help me stay below the max limit. I can fit about 90 more items right now
