^^^^^ Indeed. Regardless of what EA is calling it, they've given us stuff very regularly via little mini events. There isn't much difference between an official level and getting an episode tie in, or vday, or the space thingy at this point.
I do wish we'd get some new permanent deco's though.

The studio that works on this game probably took a small break around New Years, which is common for companies. When they came back they had to get a script for a level update so just give it some time. I'm sure it's on its way. A level update can take up to a month to make so nagging won't make it happen any faster...
