Not being able to play?
I haven't been locked out. But I Lost my game and everything from Halloween. So I feel ya. I haven't been playing much, and I've been emailing EA to help fix my game.

Ive been locked out since Thanksgiving update and after buying a gold scratchie, happened on BOTH my devices so its an EA issue and they still havent fixed it...
