Not in the yearbook box

Has anyone tried contacting EA to ask for items they cannot get because of the bundles? Some have had success previously:

There seems to be two differing bundles involving character/skins/items, however players are obtaining a bundle which is worse than they could have obtained.

• Duff Brewery w/Duffman OR Duff Brewery w/Duffman, Lady Duff and Mexican Duffman OR Mexican Duffman Bundle (Mexican Duffman and Lady Duff)
  
• Blackbeard OR Ghost Pirate Airship w/Blackbeard

You can add the flag bundle and the whacking day bundle to the list.

I can't access the flag bundle because of a Mexican flag I bought during last year's Cinco de Mayo promotion. The same goes for the Whacking Day bundle because I bought one hollow snake log for 10 donuts two years ago. Along with Mexican Duffman, that makes 3 bundles that didn't show up for me. :s

Contact EA help. The Time Travelers bundle was not offered to me as I had bought two of the three a few events ago. So, I request Plague Rats for free..... Just explain that you have part of the combo and cannot purchace your missing item from the combo. I have done this three times in the past. Each time I was given the missing item from the combo for free.

On hold the phone…once I turned down the rollback they offered to give me the ship. So I logged out and they put it in my inventory!

I got Mayan Homer by calling EA that last time they screwed up the bundle. I got a non us rep the first time who absolutely refused to help. The second time, I got US but got disconnected on my end. The third time I got a great rep in Texas who understood what I was asking and gave him to me with no fuss.
The key is to be persistent and either get a phone call or live chat during office hours in Central Time US time. If they refuse to help, just disconnect and open another request for contact.
You must be persistent and polite when dealing with support.

I also do not have Mayan Homer. They only offered the Mayan wife. Happened a few times.

Update: It took several emails back and forth today (and waiting since October 2017 when I got the cauldron by itself), but I got Marge the Witch (listed as Witch Marge in EA's employee files) added to my game. I'm now seeing if I can somehow get the Time Travelers Bundle (missing the plague rats) and/or the Whacking Day Bundle (missing everything but the hollow tree stump) added to my game. These bundles are such a mess. I would ask to have Little Helper Ralph's questline fixed by adding the Toy Workshop, but I figure that's a slightly different problem that I can address later.

Surprised to not see some more recent premium stuff like:
Beatrice, Voodoo Queen, Slick, Jack the Ripper, Calabrese duo, Soarin' over Springfield w/SV Attendant skin, Mrs. Scratchy... and that's just off the top of my head.

EA is going to have to do a few more of these boxes just to get everything in. :)

Another Update:

Looks like EA was able to resolve my Time Travelers Bundle and Whacking Day Bundle problems by adding the missing content, although now my game crashes every time I try to go to the "Friends" screen. We'll see if they can get that fixed too. So far I've had remarkably good results with them today!

Update: All fixed. I'd strongly encourage those with the Mayan Homer issue (seemingly the most common bundling issue) to go through EA Help. It seems like they're starting to get better at adding missing content quickly as long as you can demonstrate why there's a problem that they need to fix.

Maybe it's too early for some of those new premium items? A lot of the items seemed old school? Maybe I didn't look closely enough.

I thought the same thing. A lot of them are from this year!
