The key is to be persistent and either get a phone call or live chat during office hours in Central Time US time. If they refuse to help, just disconnect and open another request for contact.
You must be persistent and polite when dealing with support.

Took about 15 minutes of my time, I guess it just depends on how badly you want the item.

There seems to be two differing bundles involving character/skins/items, however players are obtaining a bundle which is worse than they could have obtained.

Has this entire list been reported to EA? After far too much time and effort, I've had success in the past getting Sideshow Bob and Mrs. Sinclair added to my game. Today I started calling about Witch Marge. I spent nearly an hour on the phone (mostly on hold while I did work) and by the end of the call I allegedly had Witch Marge added by a non-native English speaker. When I hung up and logged into my game, I quickly discovered that Archer Lisa had been added instead (which seemingly proves any character or skin can be added at any time, not just when they're available for purchase).

When I initiated a second call, I got an English speaker who tried twice to add Witch Marge, but she immediately disappeared both times when I added her from inventory. Supposedly my case has been escalated, so we'll see if I hear anything more in the morning. As it currently stands, I'm also shut out of the Whacking Day bundle (because I have one hollow tree stump) and the Time Travelers bundle (wherein I have everything but the plague rats). I'm also stuck in the middle of Little Helper Ralph's questline (because I don't have the Toy Workshop). I'm really hoping Witch Marge gets resolved tomorrow because I'm going to need several days to plead my case for the other issues.

Shocked to also not see recent premium characters like Circus Acrobat, Kathy from Personel, Young Barney, Young Marge, Young Grampa, Young Artie Ziff, Jim Hope, Lee Carvallo, the Calabresi bundle, Winston Churchill, Leon Kompowski, Lewis Clark, Samantha Stankey, Nikki McKenna, Chazz Busby and Judge Constance Harm in the box.

That's so weird, because I had a pirate ship and BB showed up in the box with the ship. Now I have two ships and BB.

The logic behind how EA does these things is thoroughly perplexing. If not outright nonexistent.

I was actually offered Barbarian Homer, just him nothing else has come up. To be fair I don't have ANY content from Clash of Clones, I haven't even won one of those nerds yet. There wasnt a bundle so I haven't seen Archer lisa unless I get access to it after I finish the quest line.

I never saw the Barbarian in the list, so I don't think that person was right.

As for Archer Lisa, there was some sort of quest that unlocked her? I just randomly found her in my storage the other day. I thought EA added her on accident when they were trying to add Marge the Witch. Anyway, happy to hear you had success with EA Help too - I have to admit they seem to be improving their customer service, at least in terms of fixing bundle issues. In that vein, if you want to try it, you could reopen your Mayan Homer case and ask for the rest of the Whacking Day Bundle. I got it that way, but it could've been a fluke that I got an unbelievably helpful rep who ultimately fixed 3 bundles on 1 ticket by adding a skin, 2 NPCs, and all of those practice snakes for me.

Someone mentioned Barbarian, however they meant Strongman Homer.
I think Archer Lisa comes with the Recycled Fort bundle, LPN’s list says ‘Recycle Fort Bundle (Recycled Gates, 5 Recycled Towers and 20 Recycled Walls)’.

A few days late to the party, sounds like i missed a lot. No, I havent tried to contact ea yet, but I may give this a shot on my next day off. Its encouraging seeing so many others have had success with this. IF......I can get them to let me get raven bart...burns monster will be the only character I'll be missing. I dont know if it will come back eventually, but I hope so.
