Not receiving emblems
Am I the only one with this problem?

Here's how I think it's going down (someone could do some experiments and confirm, but I can't because my I've earned all my friend emblems for the day):
You're first 60 actions in any given "day" can result in emblems (5 per click on a lodge, or 1 per click on any other building). HOWEVER, if you perform an action that cannot result in an emblem, that still reduces your counter. So say my visiting day went like this
"Other Springfield" - tap cameras on three buildings, gain three emblems, counter now reads "you will receive 1 emblem for your next 57 actions"
"neighbor 1" - tap cameras on the lodge and two other buildings, gain seven emblems, counter now reads "you will revive 1 emblem for your next 54 actions"
"neighbor 2" - hasn't yet updated, so I tap three $ to gain cash, XP and FP, gain zero emblems, counter now reads "you will receive 1 emblem for your next 51 actions"
Those of you who are getting less than 60 emblems today have probably either (a) tapped on cash in towns that haven't updated yet or (b) did some friend visits before you updated your town and finished the 4 hr Homer task. DON'T PANIC, you should get the full compliment of 60 when your visit "day" resets. Make sense?
