Haven't received a redemption code

Pre-order DA:Veilguard in august and have not received a code and the game does not appear on my EA app. I can not find anyone to contact, all the "online help" does is run me in circles and tells me to go to the place a purchased the game from - but I purchased it from Bioware web site.

any options?

 

  • Hey JassperK To confirm what SofaJockeyUK said above. 

    The only Bioware site that is official would be the one here. To confirm if you click on DATV from there you will be directed to the EA page where you can purchase it for the EA app (or you can use one of the links if you are on another platform).

    Purchasing it for the EA app will digitally add it to your account, so you will not have to use a CD Key to redeem the game.

    You saying 'The BioWare website' is a little confusing because the BioWare website = the EA website.

    I would recommend taking the matter straight to EA Support. Good luck.

    For EA issues, the correct route is to go to help.ea.com
