Purchased LSB, received crystals

Purchased the Aphra LSB but received crystals instead. Can you please resolve as I have been charged and unable to refund or purchase the LSB through the store or in game. Do not have all characters at r5 so should have been no issue. Purchased other LSBs in the same session with no issue.
