Notification email address

EA@em.ea.com?

  • Hmmmm...... I have added that one to my safe list and still nothing.
Its so odd because i just received 2 emails from customerexperience-noreply@ea.com
    I dont know :(
  • A mod confirmed me that the notifications doesnt work. If the forum had to send notifications to all people it would be dead in 5 minutes

    Oh bummer.
So you just have to search ?
Thanks for clearing that up for me.
You all must get a lot of dumb q's all the time
  • If you're talking about the emails you get from ea support, it's customerexperience@ea.com
That will send the emails to your inbox and not to junk. :)

  • No i'm talking about the option to:

Send e-mail notification when posts get answered:
An e-mail is sent when someone replies to a message you have posted. This option may be changed when writing the message Yes No

Send notification for all new messages:
Keep sending notifications even if the other messages weren't read yet.
I dont get any of these.

And, if its not supported, why is it an option in your preferences? And why would the ability to subscribe to a thread also be available?
    It just seems odd :?

Sorry but what do you mean?
in the board used in this forum (IPB, VBulletin, etc. are board) they've that option but it can be disabled in the admin panel
  • Ok but what is the point of having the option at all?
I dont understand why its there if we cant use it.
And why cant we use it, is really my point.
I still have not gotten a clear answer to that
