I think their track record shows they don't give a fig about alienating their customers, paying or otherwise. 2 cases: Whacking Day last year was extended by a week with no warning. Many people dropped donuts to get that last prize in the last hour, only to discover the event got extended. And Last Christmas, the wheel odds were changed with about a week to go. Also no warning. The WD one was foolish since the only people they pissed off were their paying customers. Or anyone who had been willing to spend donuts to get that last prize.
