Oh God, the Monorail is NOT a good idea

You do know your Springfield will still work fine if you don't have every item available dont you.

  • I think the monorail episode is awesome. BUT I don't really want it in my town. I don't really see a way they can implement it that will work, aesthetically speaking. I guess they could pleasantly surprise me. And if they do, I promise to give it the ole college try. It woukld have to come with Lyle Lanley but honestly? If we're going to get a Phil Hartman character I would much rather it be Lionel Hutz. (With I Can't Believe It's A Law Firm?) Even Troy McClure would be better. (He could have a questline involving Selma!)

Of course, they could always implement the monorail in a similar way as it is used in The Simpsons: Hit & Run, i.e. a single wrecked train on a short section of track in one small part of Springfield. Given that in the episode (which is one of my favourites) the monorail doesn't even complete its maiden voyage before crapping out, it seems unlikely that it would be implemented as a fully functional transportation mechanism clogging up the town.

In my opinion, that would look pretty sweet in my SF.

This seems reasonable, what's it doing in this thread?

And what is the point of your pointless statement? Oh yeah that's right it's pointless.

$10, ten lowsy dollars? Man you need a better job, that would have cost my employer $30-$35. Not boasting but since you suggested "we all do it", I DO IT on the John. So I get $30-$35 for half an hr (ill let you add the rest for my full hourly rate) to read your crap while doing a crap. Damn who has it better?

    No wonder Josh likes you.

And yours has meaning? I suggest you and Josh use some of those new same-sex marriage laws and move to Colorado to take advantage of their new law. It might mellow you both out a bit so you don't feel that you have to come bragging and biatching on an internet forum where nobody actually gives a flying Dutchman about you.

No, the point, which since my whole post is one sentence long seems like it would be impossible to miss, is that out of all the ideas in this thread, I like this one the best. It's ok though, I'm glad you asked for help comprehending, that's how people learn. Any time you need clarification on posts that even people of kindergarten age should understand, please feel free to ask. If you show a lot of progress I may even give you a gold star.
