Oktoberfest 2016

Anyone think we'll get some Oktoberfest treats this year? I for some reason want that Oktoberfest arch thing with flags. And maybe some new Duff cr@p.

Side note to EA: May we please use the Duff beer topiaries in our Springfields? Thank you in advance.
