You can watch it as many times as you want. All the cutscenes are available in the game all the time. Just tap on the hammer and saw icon, and then on the movie camera icon on the top right.

True enough. ;)- I thought this little movie scene was awesome! Quite Surprised at how long it was as well considering the previous movie scenes.
