A few notes...
- If everyone was n-star then it would be a coin toss, except for the tonic. n = 1,2,3,4,5
- The way the payout is, if you are less than 3.5 you want to lose to a 5-star difficulty match and get 22/90. If you are 3.5 or more then you get the max by winning a match that is rated .5 less. Example: If you are 3.5 and win a 3.0 difficulty match then the payout is 22/100. But if you are 3.5 and win against a 1-star difficulty match, the payout is only 14/80. If you are 5-star and win a 4.5 difficulty match, the payout is 28/115. The table is in the strategy thread.
Of course you want to get your first-win-of-the-day because that is 75 / 150. And if the daily task is to win some number of games, then you probably want to do that for the 800 finger bonus.
