It would seem that there must be some kind of mutual tapping for the infection to happen.
I'm at Osaka Flu part 2 and around the world part 11.
I just tapped you back and still nothing. I'm on Around the World Pt.12 and obviously not started the Osaka Flu yet.
So it seems like spreading this infection is not as simple as it seems. You tapped me and I tapped you and we still have no spread of infection.
