This I do not know. I only know the two I saw I tapped. The flu icon in the event screen shows an exclamation point when a tourist is infected.

Thanks for the add Grumpstown but still no flu. If any infected would please add me it would be greatly appreciated. Need to clean up my neighbors but have been too lazy

I watched that happen as well but it actually does. Just not very often. I had a tourist infected earlier today. When I tapped him I got extra pins.

Yes just had it happen and got extra pins. Seems like a tourist will be infected in your town every 4 hrs by the cloud, rather than based on the cloud running into one and "spreading" it.

Ahhh! Every four hours. Good call, I didn't think to check the time but that makes sense.
