I just got +1 Osaka Flu when I was clearing a neighbours visit. It seems to spread by simply visiting neighbours.

I'm in US, just unlocked it. I think I found 2 tourists in my SF infected, but no way to infect neighbors, though I received a message to that effect. I'm thinking there's a bug and it's not working as it's supposed to do.

I'm increasing with severity with every visitor to my town. Half way to the end of level 1 (100 severity). Not sure what started the infection in my town. I also am working on The Mysterious Globe part 1.

I couldn't get this to work either. There's probably some random element. Like IRL just being around someone with the flu doesn't guarantee you'll get the flu.
