- Grew up in Connecticut and was a huge Red Sox/Celtics fan. My dad would take me and my twin sister to the Boston Garden when we were kids. Now, I love my alma mater, Northwestern, and became a big Cubs fan when I was in school. Still love the Cubs and my husband and I have season tickets to the 49ers (he is a California boy).

The only real football AFL. go the crows, port sux, and Adam Goodes (swans) is one of the next footballers ever.
We call that Aerial Ping Pong up here, mate
Haha, nah, there's obviously Lions supporters up here....after they won three premierships in a row, anyway.
Lions v crows on at 4pm. So I'll guess we'll see what we'll see won't we.
Crows by 19 points boya.- Can't stand lebron James and the heat, lebron has to join the best team to win,so un Jordan like who built the team around him by making Scottie pippen a better player so they would become unstoppable.
- I forgot Grand national was today- I hate horse racing but this is something I do every yet regardless as its like the UK'ss day. Mostly in a football fan- Liverpool are always on my tv at home, we need to win on Sunday.

Lol even tho I hate afl I uses to go to school with the lions player Daniel merret, one morning on the way to school I was riding with my mates and he came past and stacked it,we all laughed at him, seems he got the last laugh tho with his nice big footy pay check lol
Classic, I woulda laughed to. But you right who's laughing now.
I went to college with Shaquille O'Neal. My biggest memory of him was one night he was sitting on a low wall outside one of the campus bars, too drunk to move. It was and still is a major party school. I only attended the one year, my mother wasn't very happy with the school reputation and pretty much forced me to change schools.
It was LSU and she was a smart woman, I would have failed out of that school due to all the partying. I instead transferred to one of the Ivy League schools on the east coast (I don't like to give too much personal information on here so that's all I'll say about what my alma mater is lol).- Awesome big dude hey how often you see him did you speak to him.

Yes, lol.
I was in a sorority and the little sister for a fraternity. So yeah, I spoke with him. He is very polite and a nice guy, his mama raised him right. He's a good guy.
But I only went to school there for a year and he was never a close friend, just somebody that you said hello to in passing. He was hugely popular, people just knew he was going to make it big. He had that "star quality".
Every time I see him on TV? I get a mental image of him sitting on that low brick wall outside the bar with that "I'm so trashed" look on his face and I laugh a little on the inside. I might have some photos of him in my storage unit back at my mom's house. I can't remember.- That's awesome IMO one of the greatest centres to play in the nba

Do you remember when he played for LSU? He was part of the Twin Towers with Stanley Roberts.

An interesting flash back of their game against Loyola Marymount.
It's interesting comparing their careers, I can't even remember Roberts yet I remember Shaq. I can't tell you if I even ever saw Roberts on campus. He's had a rough life, Roberts.- Yeah I remember iam a mad basketball fan, also remember when he brought down numerous basketball hoops too, breaking the backboard and totally ruining the hydraulics in the system one game in Phoenix they were delayed 2hrs before a replacement was brought in. I remember his airball 3 point attempt in the Allstar game to. Michael Jordan had huge respect for him you can tell they way they gelled together in the Allstar game. And when Barkley and shaq went at it. Come on Charles what drugs were you on he could crush you.
