In the UK you have to 18, don't believe the myth that you can get it any younger with parents permission because it's not true! Unless you find a really dodgy tattooist - who you should probably avoid anyway! If they're willing to breka that law, I doubt Health & Safety will be a concern for example... :shock:
And I can't speak for everyone, but I am most definitely over that age! :lol:
