Do you use 2 devices? I usually play on the iPad. When I do visits on my Android phone and later come back to the iPad, I get 5/5 attacks again. Though the visit taps don't reset.

But OS pays at friend rates. Factor that into your strategy. I have ways to get higher payouts attacking random castles, at least currently.
