OPTION B:
You clear your town of bears at 11AM. If the next time you go to your town is at 4PM, you get 60 bears (1 visit, 60 bears)

OPTION C:
You clear your town of bears at 11AM. If the next time you go to your town is at 8PM, you will get those same 60 bears. (Because 60 is the max. There will be 40 in your town when you enter, and the other 20 -- from the extra "bank" -- drift in while you're collecting the 40. But since you waited until 8PM, you lost out on 4 hours of bears. They stopped generating after 5 hours -- which was at 4PM. :( :(


I prefer collecting less frequently (every 4-5 hours is best for me) I only have to look for them once. And if I count 60 of them as I tap, I have them all. Unless it's taken me more than 5 minutes to collect the 60, in which case a new one is in town somewhere, straggling around.

BTW, counting to 60 as you collect them in the morning is also a good way to know how many you still have to find in your town. If you collect in normal mode and get to "56", then you know to move into "move" mode and dim everything and find the other 4. You know there are only 4 to find. (Unless, as I said above, it takes you more than 5 minutes to find those 60. Another bear might be generating as you clear your town.)

But -- as you said -- collecting the bears is a major KEY to getting all those pacifiers! So don't wait more than 5 hours to get them, or you WILL lose out. :D :D
