Sounds to me like it's "LOL" They are running the code a bit fast, but pretty sure that's what it is.

The funny part about this is that LOL is an Internet abbreviation, well before even computers were dreamed of in the 1800's. Morse code sending involves many abbreviations to cut down on sending a ton of letters, much like texting today.
