They are tiny & it is a pain in the derrière to spot them when they're hiding behind a tree of building. I either end up using the tool that lets you make the buildings invisible to help me spot them, or just try & be patient until they come into view on their own - needless to say, I would never make a very good hunter in real life as I don't have the patience to wait for my prey to come out.
