I leave them out too...I like most of them 8)- not going to lie, given the choice between a wandering NPC & a stationary decoration, I was hoping for a decoration like the giant pumpkin (I don't think the final prize for any phase should be a NPC or a decoration but I tend to store the roaming NPCs if they interfere/look too similar to things I need to tap for an event.)

Me four. I like letting the NPCs roam around. :)- Me five! I love seeing all of my characters domain te streets. I earned them, so I want to enjoy them. :)
- I'll make that six!! Love those guys wandering around! I have a friend who stores them because according to her, they look too "cartoonish"! Excuse me...am I missing something????? :lol:

Now if you got him, you let those with the same task run the same time, like that you only have to be each 2h or 4h online.
